Demetrius watson

Demetrius Watson, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and integrative therapist dedicated to helping adults find healing, wholeness, and self-compassion, with a special focus on the unique experiences of Black and Brown women. She brings over a decade of experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and low self-worth with a grounded, culturally responsive, and heart-centered approach.

Demetrius is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrates evidence-based practices with mindfulness, creativity, and spirituality to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and deep inner healing. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, authentic, and empowering—rooted in the belief that each person has the wisdom within to transform their pain into purpose.

She is especially passionate about working with women who appear strong and “polished,” on the outside but carry invisible emotional burdens within. In her sessions, Demetrius creates a sacred, judgment-free space for clients to reconnect with their truth, rediscover their worth, and experience peace that feels sustainable and real.

Demetrius feels most aligned working with women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and low self-worth. She also enjoys supporting high-achieving women and professionals who are ready to release survival patterns and embrace emotional balance, authenticity, and joy.
