Lela Chaffin

As a Clinical social worker and a deep passion for emotional healing, Lela specializes in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical strategies for growth. Her experience includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship transitions, and grief. I believe that therapy is not just about addressing symptoms—it’s about fostering resilience, self-awareness, and empowerment to create lasting change. 

Lela obtained her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 2020.  With 14 years of experience in the field of social work, 9 years working with children and adolescents in the public school system, and 5 years working with children, adolescents, and adults at a psychiatric hospital. Lela has been a Certified Social Worker since 2022.

Lela specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults who experience depression, anxiety, body image issues, self-esteem, self-worth, family dysfunction, and trauma.
